DeatschWerks redesigned the DW300 to offer greater flow with no significant increase in current draw. The new DW300 pump flows 26% more at its peak and 20% more on average. The low amperage draw minimizes pump temperatures, maximizes pump life and reduces stress on OE wiring.
The increases in flow were specifically engineered for high pressures (60-90psi), where forced induction applications need it the most. Conversely, fuel flow has been limited at low pressures (30-50psi) to minimize heat generation in return fuel systems. This dual zone approach results in a flatter flow curve, which maximizes both performance and reliability for supercharged or turbocharged applications.

Walbro '340' Fuel Pump #1008-walbro
Replacement Walbro fuel pump kit for the Turbo Buick and SyTy's from Racetronix. Typically supplies enough fuel for high 10's or around 125mph depending on the car. Should be used with a hotwire kit to improve voltage to the pump.
This kit includes a wiring adapter to connect the pump to the stock in-tank wiring.
At this time we can't warranty them with E85, although many people have used them with E85 for years and they seem to hold up well.

Fuel Pump Hot Wire Kit #1014-Buick
Also known as a "hot wire", the fuel pump harness wiring upgrade kit improves voltage to the pump by running a new harness from the alternator back to the pump. The increase in voltage improves the output of the fuel pump.

Set of (6) 42lb injectors. Works well on Turbo Buicks from stock to mid 11's safely in most cases.
60lb Injectors ( Flow Matched ) #1010-FM
Set of 6 flow matched 60lb injectors (Siemens, sometimes known as Mototron). These may look skinny but they fit perfectly in the Turbo Buicks and Syclones/Typhoons. Good for cars from stock down to 10.5's in the 1/4 on race gas, or down to around low 11's on E85 (maybe faster). Requires no ECM modifications (besides a matching chip). These are flow matched to within 1% of each other to prevent some cylinders from being leaner than others. Very good street manners for an injector this big, almost like stock.
80lb Injectors ( Flow Matched ) #1038
Set of 6 flow matched 80lb injectors (Siemens). These may look skinny but they fit perfectly in the Turbo Buicks. Good for cars looking to go 9.80's to 11.0's in the 1/4 on race gas, or down to around 10.50's on E85 (maybe faster). Requires no ECM modifications (besides a matching chip). These are flow matched to within 1% of each other to prevent some cylinders from being leaner than others. Very good street manners for an injector this big, almost as good as the 60's. Be aware that a single intank fuel pump can only supply enough fuel for 60lb/hr injectors. So if you don't ever plan on changing to a double fuel pump setup, or external setup, then there's really no reason to use the 80's.

New SD2 Chip
New version 2! The SD2 chip is for more advanced tuners. YOU will be tuning it. You must have a Powerlogger installed and a MAP sensor connected to the Powerlogger (normally a 3-Bar MAP, but others can be used). It allows the MAF to be removed and allows closed loop wideband operation at all times (if a wideband is connected to the Powerlogger). This chip uses speed density calculations to calculate airflow and fuel. It has many adjustments that allow you to fine tune. New version 2 works with the Powerlogger to allow access to VE and spark tables, and live tuning!
